Event Organizer: T&E Promotions

By purchasing a ticket to Street Car Showdown, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. All Ticket Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, inability to attend, personal circumstances, or changes to the event schedule.

2. Weather Delays & Rescheduling

Street Car Showdown is an outdoor motorsports event and is subject to weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation or postponement due to inclement weather, all purchased tickets will automatically remain valid for the officially announced rescheduled event date.

No refunds will be issued due to weather related cancellations, postponements, or rescheduling. Ticket holders are responsible for monitoring official Street Car Showdown announcements regarding schedule changes.

3. Event Schedule & Changes

T&E Promotions reserves the right to modify event schedules, racing classes, activities, entertainment, and other event details at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to refunds.

4. Admission & Ticket Validity

Each ticket grants admission according to the ticket type purchased. Tickets must be presented upon entry, either digitally or in printed form. T&E Promotions reserves the right to refuse admission or remove individuals who violate event rules, venue policies, or engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior.

5. Assumption of Risk

Motorsports events involve inherent risks, including loud noises, flying debris, vehicle accidents, and other potential hazards. By attending Street Car Showdown, ticket holders acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume responsibility for their personal safety.

All attendees must comply with posted safety regulations, designated spectator areas, and instructions provided by event officials.

6. Photography & Media

By attending Street Car Showdown, attendees acknowledge that photography, video recording, and livestreaming may occur throughout the event. Attendees consent to the use of their image or likeness in event related promotional materials, social media content, and other media produced or authorized by T&E Promotions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Agreement to Terms

By completing a ticket purchase, the purchaser confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
